Benjamin Kandy is an associate with Barrett & Farahany, LLP, representing plaintiffs’ claims of employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, overtime violations, and entitlement to benefits. Ben is dedicated to helping employees take a stance against corporate power through his work in the firm’s trial department. Ben received his undergraduate degree from Oberlin College in 2006 and is a 2010 graduate of Emory University School of Law. While attending law school, Ben was a member of Student Legal Services, providing free legal help to members of the Emory community, and served as President of the Emory Labor and Employment Law society. During law school, Ben received experience in employment law issues while working at the Atlanta office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. |
